Psychological horror Omitted takes the player to an abandoned hospital, which is filled with various secrets and terrifying phenomena. The perspective is presented with a first-person view. The main character finds himself inside a hospital built at the beginning of the 20th century. Inside the structure, experiments and unsuccessful treatments were carried out on patients, many of whom miraculously survived, but their minds were completely changed.

The protagonist will explore dark corridors and encounter patients trying to harm the uninvited guest. The central character has arrived in a terrifying place to try to regain his own memories and understand what is happening here. He wanted to get here himself, but under mysterious circumstances he simply woke up inside the room. Now he must find out what brought him here and what secrets this mysterious case hides.

In the gameplay, the user will explore the environment and interact with various objects. The ward will get to notes and clues left in the area, on walls and other places. To achieve your goals, the hero will need to maneuver between opponents and solve puzzles. In many situations, you simply need to run away from the sick, since they have better physical characteristics and can greatly harm a person.
