Role-playing adventure A Bavarian Tale – Totgeschwiegen takes the user to the vast expanses of an influential German province of the 19th century, where a remote settlement is located among the mountains. The local population is scared and hysterical after a tragic criminal incident without the perpetrators of the crime found. An erudite doctor, Valentin Schmidt, accidentally finds himself at the epicenter of events. It is he who will have to get involved in a thankless task and begin to investigate the crime in order to get closer to the culprits and expose them.

The protagonist of A Bavarian Tale – Totgeschwiegen does not always encounter the friendliness and understanding of society. In general, natives are suspicious of strangers and do not make contact well. The hero needs to use his personal charm and ability to win over his interlocutor in order to find out useful information or gain confidence in order to later be the first to hear news or gossip passed between neighbors.
The central character regularly makes important decisions, so all steps directly affect what happens and determine the ending. There are a total of 11 authentic endings, differing in the success of their passage and the presence of a happy ending. The plot is full of main quests and additional assignments with unexpected twists.
