A Journey Through Valhalla – a role-playing video game set in mythological worlds invented by Scandinavian tribes. The main character is an adventurer and hunter of ancient monsters, who must visit each of the 9 worlds that grow on the magical tree Yggdrasil. On his way, he will encounter many dangerous opponents – from ordinary human fighters to powerful jotuns and other fabulous creatures.

A Journey Through Valhalla isn't the easiest gameplay – enemies have advanced artificial intelligence, and their characteristics are deliberately tweaked, which is why strong mobs are capable of killing the protagonist with a few hits. You'll have to die quite often during the game, but every mistake teaches you in its own way and won't allow you to make the same mistake in the future. Boss fights are especially difficult.

If it is not possible to complete the campaign alone, you can always try your luck in co-op mode. However, you should take into account the fact that then the mechanics of friendly fire are activated, and therefore you need to be extremely careful not to hurt your allies. The character can be pumped up as the story progresses, acquiring new perks, collecting more powerful melee weapons and, of course, armor that will protect against any kind of damage.
