Aerial_Knight's Never Yield takes the player to a futuristic world in the city of Detroit. The gameplay is typical of the 3D runner genre, in which you have to move around locations at high speed, overcome obstacles and pick up temporary bonuses. The main character is a guy named Wally, trying to get to secret information that can change the city forever for the better.

The perspective is presented from the side, and the environment is made in 3D style. As you progress, the levels become more difficult, offering new obstacles and location features. The central character uses parkour skills to pass different objects and reach the goal. The gameplay has a linear plot, narrated as you complete the levels. During the passage, the gamer will need to perform acrobatic tricks to get to checkpoints.

If the character collides with an object or makes a mistake, he slows down or falls, after which the level must be restarted. The user must press the keys in time so that the ward jumps, squats, slides or performs tricks, overcoming traps and obstacles. At some points, Wally will perform spectacular tricks or flips that can only be done in certain places.
