AeternoBlade 2: Director's Rewind is an improved version of the role-playing game of the same name, where, controlling time space and moving into the past or future, you have to solve complex puzzles and secrets, as well as fight powerful enemies and bosses. Compared to the original, this project includes expanded combat, updated levels, new encounters, abilities, areas and puzzles, and improved NPC behavior. Gamepad control is supported, but the developers recommend using a keyboard and mouse.

Actions develop after the events of the previous part. The main character Freya leads a quiet life, when suddenly something happens. Black matter has penetrated the world, which, possessing the characters, makes them angry and bitter. Reality itself is crumbling before our eyes, leading everything into an unstable whirlpool of events. To prevent the disappearance and collapse of the world, the ancient “Time Lords” decided to hide three unique weapons, endowed with a unique power that controls the passage of moments. They are hidden in different parts of the dimensions, which makes finding them truly difficult.

Brave warriors in AeternoBlade 2: Director's Rewind:

• Bernand is a strong slow tank, his attacks deal a lot of damage. It can stop time in the midst of a fight.
• Felix is ​​a fast-moving, active guy, delivers many attacks at a time, but the attacks are quite weak, creates copies of himself, which help him deal with the enemy faster.
• Freya is a beautiful slender girl, she is a balancing element, with average properties, and knows how to rewind the action.

At the beginning of the passage there is a training mission, where, fighting off the weakest antagonists, the basic mechanics and foundations of the game world are explained. Freya will be helped by two brave knights who can be controlled. Each hero has different abilities, characteristics, fighting style, character traits and appearance. The gameplay is a side-scrolling platformer, where you need to attack enemies by swinging melee weapons and, dodging oncoming attacks in time, use a parry or block. Enemies are endowed with an impressive supply of health, and if their life hangs by a thread, they can little by little restore their HP.
