Afterfall Insanity is a classic horror game with survival elements. In it, the player will mainly have to fight off hordes of monsters, as well as distribute their resources. The world is completely unkind to the user, so it will constantly throw up unpleasant surprises not only from unreasonable creatures, but also from people. Actions take place in an alternative future. Here the Second World War ended with peace negotiations, as Germany used nuclear weapons against the Union. Despite the fact that the conflict ended, the cold confrontation between the states only intensified and already in 2012 a new battle began. It was short because all countries used nuclear warheads, and most of the population had to hide in underground shelters. It wasn't until 2035 that humanity began to emerge. The earth has changed a lot. Due to mutations, all living beings became monsters, and many people, inhaling poisoned air, turned into the living dead.

The protagonist of Aftrfal Insanity is Albert Tokai. He is part of his bomb shelter's medical team and specializes in the mental state of each resident. But one day he is falsely accused of killing a man, and he is forced to flee to the surface. The player will have to help him get rid of isolation syndrome and help him survive in new conditions, making friends and constantly destroying monsters.
