Events Airhead take place in another world, inhabited by completely different inhabitants. The plot begins when a certain Body witnesses a brutal massacre of a creature unknown to him. After the crime has been committed, the car disappears, and all that remains of the victim is a large head, from which air slowly flows out. The Witness decides to help the Head and not let her die, so he puts her on his shoulders and goes on a search. This is how the protagonist appeared – Airhead. The main character goes on an adventure and must maintain the vital condition of the upper part, periodically filling it with air. The game has a mysterious atmosphere; what is happening on the screen raises many questions among players.

The gameplay is about solving puzzles. In searching for air containers, the player is faced with many tasks that require a special approach. For example, build a passage for yourself, find the desired item, and so on. All this against the background of a constantly descending Head on the verge of death. After completing a certain number of levels, it turns out that the car is only a small part of what lies ahead. While exploring the game world, you can find many interesting locations and attractions. To successfully move forward, the Head and Body must become a real team and act together. Some puzzles will require special abilities, so both parts of the character are available for improvement.
