Akumi Wars provides the user with the opportunity to plunge into a fantasy universe in order to take part in crazy adventures in imaginary spaces. At the center of the story is a cute girl named Akumi. She is dissatisfied with her life, because she is simply wasting time at the checkout counter at a chain of galactic grocery stores. This activity eventually bores the beauty, so she is going on a long journey to become a famous trouble-seeker for her butt. She doesn’t set off on her journey alone, in the company of the same crazy losers who are ready to do anything to make their existence meaningful and noticeable to others.

The gameplay of Akumi Wars is made in the style of a tactical role-playing game with turn-based combat mechanics. In the arena, the battle involves the allied team against the opposing side. Both laser weapons and magical abilities are used as weapons, because magic is also present in this world. Their combinations bring unexpected effects. For defeating opponents, a handful of adventurers receive monetary rewards and experience to upgrade their skills and abilities. The guys will also meet other minor characters, establish contact with them or kill them in anger, because this gang cannot be called positive individuals – they will also commit a lot of dirty deeds.
