Ambulance Emergency Simulation – is an arcade simulator of an ambulance driver. In it, the user drives a medical minibus (there is a choice of cars) in a partially open world. The user's task is to pick up wounded or injured people from the scene of incidents and take them to the hospital. Patients must be delivered to the hospital as quickly as possible, so it is important to use the mini-map and remember the terrain to shorten the route. The gameplay resembles the paramedic missions from the old GTA parts. Also, in some places, the game is similar to the Crazy Taxi series. Here, too, you need to drive at crazy speeds, fly up slopes and ramps, knock down various objects, make a police U-turn, drift and show off in every possible way to meet the timer. In addition, here you can drive around locations in search of secrets, perform tricks and collect coins. The city and its surroundings are available for exploration, including meadows, mountains, and a beach.

The game Ambulance Simulation has several modes:

• Adventure – a career consisting of 150 missions with various scenarios;
• Stunt Tracks – a series of races on crazy and airborne tracks with various obstacles;
• Parking – here the user is offered a set of challenges in which they need to park a car on narrow roads;
• Free movement around the city – the name speaks for itself: here you can ride around the metropolis at your own pleasure.
