Ancestors Legacy tells about the dark and bloody times that once came in European history. The project involves 4 different nations that regularly came into conflict with each other and, as a rule, resolved them through war. Vikings, Anglo-Saxons, Germans or Slavs – one of these nations will be subordinate to the gamer. He will be able to raid settlements, plunder, and destroy enemy camps or cities to prove his superiority over others.

Ancestors Legacy allows for tactical variation with multiple types of soldiers. Archers, cavalry and infantry are able to disperse on the battlefield to create uncomfortable conditions for enemy troops. For example, during a siege of a fortress, you can first destroy the guards at the outer gate using stationary crossbows and archers, and then go on an assault. Also, depending on the type of terrain, heroes can take a more advantageous position to strike from a hill or lure the enemy into a ravine and attack from all sides. Dynamic changes in the time of day can slightly complicate the process, because with worse visibility, targets will be more difficult to calculate. Not without collecting resources. It can be carried out after the defeat of another settlement, burning key buildings and reducing the population. A dynamic camera with the ability to change plans allows you to watch the battle from different angles, switching in a timely manner to give orders to individual units. Troops can be upgraded by purchasing better armor and weapons. In addition, peasants in captured villages will support the user's troops by extracting resources.
