Apocalyptic is a simple survival game in which the gamer will face traditional enemies – zombies. There are no fast-paced storylines in the project. The protagonist comes to his senses in the middle of the crypt, and on the threshold he sees a bunch of motionless bodies. But soon they, smelling fresh meat, wake up and strive to take a bite from the main character. It’s good that inside the player will immediately find a well-stocked arsenal of powerful weapons and a set of several first aid kits.

The local infected are not like the sluggish, useless creatures from famous works. They run extremely quickly and attack in a horde, so you will have to shoot back quickly. For these purposes, the best guns are available in Apocalyptic: rapid-fire automatic rifles, pistols, shotguns. However, ammunition is not endless, so you need to save it and look for it in the surrounding area. They are usually hidden in chests, and since the world looks quite empty (there are several chaotic buildings located on a huge plot of land), it will be easy to find cartridges. Although the hero is also strong in hand-to-hand combat. In addition to the available medications, the central character has a health reserve of 1000 units and a couple of extra lives. The zombies' standard hit points are negligible, but there are also armed soldiers on the map. They shoot quite accurately from afar.
