APOX – a real-time strategy game that combines elements of a first-person shooter. The player must control soldiers, watching them from above or taking control of them directly. The character can lie down, sit down, switch active objects, throw grenades, and take loot from corpses. Ammunition is endless, and there are several types for each firearm. Ammunition can be exchanged with partners.

RTS gameplay elements offer the user to create bases, manage strategic objects and resources found during the game. The campaign has 8 consecutive levels, which tell about unique aspects of the gameplay, and also explain many features and aspects of this world. In free mode, there are more than 100 maps with unique terrain and features.

Before the start of the match, the gamer can adjust the skill level of the artificial intelligence alone or together with other players. The project supports multiplayer sessions, divided into two modes: cooperative and confrontation between participants. 8 training and combat tasks provide specific goals and missions to complete. In the standard mode, the user can choose 1 of 100 cards and configure up to 32 participants, each of whom will play their own role in the competition.
