Arcana Heart 3: LOVEMAX SIXSTARS!!!!!! XTEND belongs to the fighting game genre. The games in this series are dedicated to the battles of various warriors with unique abilities. Their magical powers are based on the arcana from the Tarot cards. In the third part, as in its predecessors, there are two-dimensional hand-drawn graphics. It is stylized in the style of anime. The combat was updated in the threequel. A Force Gauge scale has appeared. When it is filled, it becomes possible to perform a powerful move that deals a lot of damage. In this continuation there are 2 types of controls – standard and simplified. In a simple control system, each of the 4 buttons is responsible for a specific type of action: simple attacks, special attacks, homing dashes, super abilities.

Arcana Heart III: LOVEMAX SIXSTARS!!!!!! XTEND is the most complete re-release. The original release contained 23 characters (of which 20 were old). In the next variation of the project, the developers added another girl fighter (Minori Amanohara). And the latest version adds three more new heroines – Pistrix, Omega, Dark Heart. In addition, it includes all previously added improvements and fixes, as well as additional balance adjustments. This video game ported to PC features all the new modes that were previously only available on consoles. Namely: Versus, Story, After-Story, Training, Survival Score Attack, Trial, Replay Theater. Time attack is also available.
