The game focuses on a horror story, where you have to actively study the environment and look for patterns between clues that tell you where to go.

The protagonist encounters otherworldly entities and manifestations that he cannot explain. There is no point in resisting, because there is no chance of success, and therefore you have to carefully make your way and explore the available territories. Wandering around the rooms, the character is able to find and pick up objects that can later be combined and used to solve various problems or puzzles that open up passage to new areas of the map. Once in the vicinity of the institute, you can meet and communicate with eyewitnesses and eyewitnesses who are able to reveal more information and details about ongoing events affecting local residents.
