Graphic novel Ayakashi Gohan begins the story of a small village that is located on the edge of the colorful lands of Japan. In addition to ordinary people, this place is inhabited by mystical creatures called Ayakashi. They create a balance between fictional elements and the real world. The village has a single establishment, Ponpokorin, whose owners greet everyone who finds themselves inside their restaurant with a smile on their face.

The owner of the cafe is an ayakashi in human form. Together with his employees, he brings joyful emotions to every visitor and loves his job. However, a new page in his life begins when a lonely girl appears on the threshold. The story is filled with romantic plots and unexpected turns. The main character meets a lonely girl and gets to know her, how she ended up here, and what she wants next.

The gameplay is presented in a classic style for projects of this genre. The environment and graphics are made in a two-dimensional anime style. The user will spend most of the game watching dialogues between characters. At some points in the gameplay, you will need to make choices that affect the further narrative. As you progress, you will gain access to images saved in the in-game gallery.
