BallisticNG shows what a racing simulator could be like in the distant future. Here, in 2159, when most vehicles use anti-gravity movement mechanics, and the average speed reaches prohibitive levels, the struggle for primacy becomes especially important. Controlling a glider, the user will have to compete with the best racers, trying to surpass their achievements and show the best result.

In total, BallisticNG features 52 simulated tracks, as well as 16 different ships. Each of them has differences in basic characteristics. Some of them are especially fast, making it difficult to control the controls. For this, the system provides for the presence of a pilot assistant. It helps to slow down before turns. In addition, there is an autopilot function, after activation of which the game takes complete control of the shuttle. An integral part of each track are accelerators. They are highlighted in a characteristic way, and after the ship flies over them, it receives a speed bonus (regardless of the accelerator in the ship itself). Some tracks have alternative routes that can be used to shorten the distance or avoid getting into a difficult section. It is worth mentioning about weapons. Mortars, cannons, rocket launchers and machine guns will help you get rid of your opponents in just a few moments. But each barrel has its own distinctive characteristics that you need to get used to. You can fully try out the proposed samples in campaign mode. It consists of 98 levels, divided into 10 consecutive blocks. The further the user advances, the more difficult each next race becomes.
