Barony – adventures in the city of Hamlet, captured by the Baron. The main character leads a group of adventurers who intend to overthrow the dictator who is keeping the entire population in fear. First-person battles take place in dungeons. The character uses a weapon to deal damage. The sword can be bronze, iron, steel, crystal. There is a mace, an axe, a spear and the same materials. In long-range combat, you can eliminate the enemy with a slingshot, bow, crossbow, iron chakram, or crystal shuriken. Each weapon has 2 characteristics – damage and weight. There are unique weapons – Sharur, Parashu, Kriselakatos, Dyrnvyn.

In Barons you can defend yourself with a shield made of wood, bronze, iron, steel or mirror. There are clothes: gloves, headbands, boots, helmets, hats, hoods, Sphinx veil, tunic, doublet, breastplates, armor. Cloaks have bonus effects. For example, buying a ghostly robe for 180 coins gives you the ability to levitate. The Cloak of Invisibility makes the hero invisible, and the Cape of Magic Resistance protects from attacks.

To improve characteristics, you can collect 12 rings (teleportation, regeneration, conflict, physique, strength, etc.). There are 6 amulets: for changing gender, preserving life, speeding up swimming, protection from poisoned food. The staff is held in the left hand as an additional weapon. Depending on the type, they set enemies on fire, slow them down, temporarily paralyze them, or can shock the enemy or cause them to bleed. They also open or block doors and chests, dig blocks, and illuminate rooms.
