The main character of the story Beat the Clock accused of committing crimes aimed at changing the correct flow of time. The court's sentence was horrific – 10,000 thousand years in solitary confinement on distant Chronos. The problem is that the character did not commit this crime. Finding himself under the weight of his own thoughts and experiences, comes the understanding that he should not lose hope. The guards did not notice the stopwatch, and it could become the last chance to escape from prison. He will have to pass a test of attentiveness, dexterity and reaction speed.

The gameplay of Beat The Clock is simple and minimalistic. You need to constantly monitor the stopwatch and press the button in time. This should be done when it shows exactly 1 second. With each new level, the task will become more difficult, because time can go chaotically and not always follow the usual rules. In case of victory, the gamer will receive gold as a reward. For it, you can buy upgrades and pump up your skills so that the tasks do not seem impossible. At least 20 tests have been added: each of them gives special achievement icons. They contribute to a quicker release from prison if you use them wisely. But it is important to remember that you should not treat time frivolously, because it can play a cruel joke.
