Bloodwash – a horror game with low-poly graphics, an emphasis on narrative storytelling and an atmosphere of horror. The player takes control of a pregnant college student, Sarah, who lives with her drunkard boyfriend in an old, cheap apartment in a high-rise building. A new serial killer has appeared in the city, who has already committed several crimes, mainly mutilating female representatives.

The main character is concerned about the criminal, since all of his victims were pregnant, which indicates who exactly he is hunting. The killer has been terrorizing the city for several days. One night, the only washing machine in the building's basement broke down. A kind neighbor decides to help Sarah and tells her that there is a 24-hour laundromat with self-service on the outskirts of town. Having reached the appointed place, the college student is faced with horror that could cost her life.

Horror is story-oriented rather than world exploration or combat. The ward is weak and cannot resist her opponents. The first-person view forces the user to look around frequently, as strange sounds and footsteps are constantly heard in the area. An additional VHS mode is available with increased violence and visual effects to enhance the atmosphere. While moving, the gamer will often encounter jump scares or sharp frightening elements.
