Bloodwatch takes the user to a small island where maniacs and murderers live. The main character went on a long-awaited adventure by sea, but his ship collided with reefs due to a powerful storm. After a shipwreck, the protagonist finds himself on the shore of an unexplored island. He will have to explore his surroundings and try to stay alive while facing deadly dangers and killers.

The goal in the gameplay is to survive at any cost. The player has many ways and options to complete the mission. By exploring the environment, you can discover useful items or equipment that will help you stay alive in difficult moments. It all started when the central character woke up and began wandering around the island trying to find people or animals. He sees a group beating a man to death and brutally torturing him.

The gamer needs to find the leader of a criminal gang and kill him. To do this, you need to purchase weapons, equipment and explore the territory. The arsenal includes 5 types of weapons, such as a pistol, crossbow, baseball bat, knife and axe. Each weapon has its own characteristics and features. To restore health, you will need to collect apples, each of which returns a third of the lost HP. There will be locked doors along the way, and to open them you need to find 3 keys.
