Boku to Sensei no Nyuuin Seikatsu! introduces him to a guy named Takehaya, who is on his way to classes at the university early in the morning. Suddenly the hero sees a small kitten run out onto the road. The protagonist immediately reacts and saves the unfortunate animal from a collision with a car, but at the same time he does not have time to jump away and becomes a victim of an accident. Fortunately, the car was not moving at great speed and Take did not suffer permanent injuries. Due to the strong blow, he simply loses consciousness.

Then the setting of Boku to Sensei no Nyuuin Seikatsu! is transferred to the hospital. Waking up, the guy sees in front of him an incredibly beautiful nurse with huge breasts and expressive eyes. Vulgar thoughts immediately arise in his head, although before the accident he could not allow himself to think like that. The attending physician says that after hitting his head, there are deviations in his psyche that upset the balance of sexual desire. The nurse, however, is not going to stop and openly flirts with the patient. He will have to choose how to act further – succumb to temptation or make an effort to withstand the pressure.

The development of this romantic story depends solely on the decisions of the gamer, who chooses the style of communication with the beauty. Depending on the answers in the dialogues, the attitude of the busty nurse and the fate of all the characters around her gradually change. There are up to 10 ending options in total. Included are both happy endings and dramatic tragedies. The finale is ultimately influenced by absolutely all previously taken actions with long-term consequences.
