In a shooter BroodStar you have to conquer the planet and fight alien creatures while controlling a spaceship. In 12 missions you will encounter different types of bloodthirsty enemies: you must use the modified weapons you receive against them. It should be improved with each completed stage for the points earned. It is important not to die in a shootout – otherwise you need to start all over again and collect modifications for the space ship again. There are special secret missions: to complete them you must first unlock them by completing the main missions. At individual levels, you can add personal settings and join the battle to improve your place on the leaderboard.

BroodStar involves combining shots or weapon upgrades. You can upgrade your agility, speed, or lethality of your attacks against opponents. Compact drones are available: they will also deal damage to enemies while simultaneously becoming strong armor for the main character. Alien types are randomly generated depending on the location and character's skills. It is important to improve the ship with skill points in 3 areas: utilities, defense or attack. The characteristics are indicated in a special window, so before starting the next mission you can track what exactly needs pumping.
