Budget Cuts 2: Mission Insolvency takes players to an alternative future where the world has been taken over by robots. The game is a continuation of the previous part. The story began with the game character putting stamps on a corporation that produces robots. However, after the threat arose, the hero had to flee while simultaneously destroying hostile machines. The second part acts as an independent story, so you can safely play without even going through the original. You can completely immerse yourself in the process of destroying robots using a VR helmet, because the game is designed specifically to be played in virtual reality mode.

The plot begins immediately after the protagonist gets out of the Transcorp office and discovers that robots dominate not only in offices, but everywhere. In order to prevent the world from being captured, the hero decides to fight. The player's arsenal includes a bow that shoots energy arrows, as well as throwing knives and much more. The main attribute of the character is his teleport: the weapon throws a ball to the desired location, opening a portal there. The player himself chooses the strategy of passage: to rush ahead or act in stealth. The hero is coordinated by a voice over the radio, which not only gives tips, but also talks about his experiences. In addition to hostile robots, there are also harmless ones, like the robot bartender who treats the character to tacos.
