Build-A-Lot 4: Power Source – is a casual city-building simulator with an isometric camera. In it, as in the previous parts of the series, you need to manage real estate. The user is again offered to become the director of a construction company. In this sequel, the player is also responsible for providing his buildings with electricity. When building, you need to plan everything in advance. Otherwise, there will be power outages, which will cause discontent among tenants. They will not pay until the problem is fixed. To avoid such situations, you need to build various power plants – from solar panels to nuclear reactors. The gamer has a team of technicians under his command, which can be sent to monitor all this.

The game Build-a-ka 4 consists of 68 levels. At each stage, a certain freedom of action is provided. You can play on procedurally generated maps with a timer on or without time limits. The video game offers as many as four campaigns. Namely, training, main, test and expert. The user needs to build residential areas and other city areas, and then improve them. You can repaint and decorate buildings, as well as put special buildings: tennis courts, swimming pools, and so on. The more attractive the area, the higher the rent can be raised. There are also additional sources of income, such as grocery stores, boutiques, cinemas and bakeries.
