Bus World – a driver simulator with a story mode in which many events take place. The gamer is given the opportunity to find himself in the atmosphere of the end of the era of the Soviet Union, namely, in 1986. The action in the single-player campaign starts immediately after the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. A virtual protégé, working as a driver in a bus depot, is sent to evacuate local residents from Pripyat and Chernobyl.

The plot consists of helping different people; during this process, the backstory of the passengers is revealed, showing the life of ordinary Soviet people of that era. The player gets the opportunity to visit all the famous places near the Chernobyl nuclear power plant – the Red Forest, an amusement park with a giant Ferris wheel, a hotel, the directly destroyed workshop of the fourth power unit, and the like. All these places are transferred to virtual space as realistically as possible due to the digitization of real terrain.

In addition to the scenario in Chernobyl, there is a second one in the World Bus game. In it, the gamer will visit the south of modern China. It constantly suffers from all sorts of natural disasters, so drivers are often called to the epicenter of disaster to save people. Also, there is the possibility of free arrivals using existing cards, and regular transportation in peacetime.
