Action Call of Duty: Ghosts takes place in an alternate timeline centered on the conflict between the United States and the Federation, a coalition of South American countries that seized global power after the oil crisis and are attempting to invade the United States. The two factions have been at war for a decade, and this spring has brought much destruction. The gamer will take control of several characters from different perspectives in this conflict, but the campaign is played largely from the point of view of an American special forces team called “Ghost”, specializing in covert operations.

Call of Duty: Ghosts challenges players to fight their way through a variety of levels and enemies. But there are a number of updates, and its multiplayer mode is a new experience. In addition to adding more than 30 new weapons, there is a Create-A-Soldier feature, the system of which allows you to earn points in almost any of the game modes, thanks to which you can unlock all segments in the multiplayer part. This means that no matter where the action takes place, gamers will always progress and develop the character's combat characteristics.

Since Spec-Ops and Nazi Zombies were successful in previous entries in the series, the developers included a new alien horde mode, Extinction. It's interesting in concept and is a standard wave-based shooter with in-game currency for upgrades and weapons. There is also Squads, which allows any player to create a virtual team to participate in matches of various formats. Another innovation is a dog, which can influence the course of the game.
