Cartagra Affliction of the Soul is a tense detective visual novel that immerses the player in the atmosphere of Japan after World War II. No one likes losers and those who brought so much poverty and destruction to the world. The country is still recovering from the nuclear strike on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and is trying to restore its status among all the countries.

The protagonist is an experienced investigator who is looking for his former lover. They did not just have sex, he truly loved her, but now in these troubled times it is very difficult to find anything. But, finally, having restored communication again, he lost her, because she became a victim of a maniac and was kidnapped. The protagonist immediately takes on the case about him.

Cartagra Affliction of the Soul Characters:

• Kazuna is a young girl who was previously the guy's lover, but is now just his close friend, is wanted after being kidnapped, it is unknown whether she is still alive
• Aoki Toji is a domineering and rather cruel woman, keeping all organizations that know her in fear, although she also has a more sensitive and compassionate side.
• Yura is Kazuna's twin sister, who is very different from her in character, more reserved, quiet and can seem somewhat arrogant and haughty.

There are also many other heroes in the game, but not all of them will be able to reach the end. This project is designed for an adult audience, mainly due to the depiction of scenes of cruelty and violence. The gamer will constantly encounter deaths, some of which may occur due to incorrectly made choices or words.
