IN Castle of Shikigami the user fights hordes of monsters that have flooded the streets of Tokyo. Walking along a straight road, the character defends himself from direct attack and avoids being hit by shots. At the same time, he delivers accurate and more destructive blows in response. There are a total of six heroes available to choose from. Each of them has their own abilities and a set of individual weapons. At the same time, the full extent of the benefits is revealed only in the process of passing. With the passage of the level, it is possible to improve each fighter.

The graphics of Castle of Shikigami are made in an anime style, which adds additional appeal. The game offers five main missions. They, in turn, are divided into stages. With gradual advancement, the number of enemies and their aggressiveness will increase. At the end of each mission, a boss enters the battlefield. In order to defeat him, the hero uses all his abilities and skills to their full potential. In this case, it is necessary to wait for the right moment – when the enemy weakens and misses a fatal blow. After defeating the last leader, not a single demon remains in the city. Short videos are shown between levels. They show events from a different perspective and tell the story of each character. The controls in the game are not particularly difficult, and the soundtrack will completely give you the feeling of an ongoing battle.
