IN Caverns of Evil you have to destroy hordes of mutants coming from all sides, and also find powerful weapons, without which the transition to a new location will be closed. A distinctive feature is that there is no storyline, and each level is created randomly. Not a single battle will be similar to the previous one, it’s not scary to die, because you can replay it again.

The story of Caverns of Evil begins with the protagonist remembering the old world, when people quietly drove cars, watched TV after work and had no worries. Now all the hero has is a gun in his hands, which allows him to live even longer. Armor and magical equipment are scattered throughout the locations, allowing you to more effectively resist hordes of monsters. You can use rocket launchers, pistols, machine guns and grenades to kill enemies from afar, or arm yourself with an ax and chop them up in close combat. First aid kits are a rare thing, so you need to constantly monitor the health bar, which is divided into 2 parts. Shock damage regenerates on its own, while hit damage is only healed by a potion.

Before the start of the game, the number of levels with a unique environment is indicated. If you do not touch this parameter, each subsequent area will be radically different from the previous one. Monsters attack in packs and act recklessly, trying to get around the protagonist from behind and attack from afar, so the player will have to instantly react to every sound and movement in order not to die.
