LASER CHESS: Deflection – a chess game with non-standard game elements. The gamer will have to use figures and additional devices to defeat his opponent in a chess game. To win, you need to destroy the enemy king with a laser, moved using portals, mirrors and many other interactive objects. The enemy will also try to kill the king and antagonize the player.

Local multiplayer mode and battle with a computer bot of several difficulty levels are available. LASER CHESS: Deflection features an editor that allows you to create original levels and use them for matches with friends or random users from around the world. Artificial intelligence dynamically reacts to what is happening during the session and adapts to the player’s style. To defeat high-level AI, you have to try and have skills in this version of chess.

To win you need to destroy the enemy king. Most of the figures are able to move in all directions by one cell and turn a quarter of a circle. You can only perform one action per turn. Participants can improve their abilities and elements. For example, the Disruptor disables and weakens nearby mechanisms, and Splicers divides the laser into two parts. Portals help you quickly move pieces and take your opponent by surprise from the rear.
