Colony Ship: A Post-Earth Role Playing Game takes players to the distant future, when humanity can no longer walk on its home planet, there is no smell of foliage, no sound of the ocean and no birdsong. The Earth was destroyed, the surviving colony of people has already been raised for several generations on a spaceship that is roaming the open spaces in search of a new abode. The sad thing is that this is not a specialized, high-speed shuttle for long-distance flights, not an advanced system with autonomous life support and cryosleep, but a simple, ordinary cargo ship. The flight will be extremely long, and it is immediately clear that many of those living on it will not see the end of the Mission. The only thing that remains for those living today is to get the most out of the time allotted to them.

The story in Colony Ship shows a period long before departure, the original government has been overthrown, and various factions have formed with peaceful and radical views. The main character will have to plunge into an environment of skirmishes and battles, have fun, make decisions, make difficult choices in finding friends, fight back enemies and, unwillingly, get into trouble. Organize your own political party, recruit up to 10 people into a detachment, arm yourself with firearms, bladed weapons, and modern gadgets in the form of power and camouflage shields. There are side quests to develop skills, gain experience, and improve. The main quests reveal the essence of the story, which has ramifications. The atmosphere properly conveys the feeling of enclosed space and hopelessness, the morale of the crew in these conditions. In addition, this is a good test of gamers’ ingenuity, intelligence and communication skills.
