Colony Survival is a cubic colony simulator. You can create your own settlement anywhere on the map: there are no fines or bonuses for this yet. If you locate a town near a river or lake, then residents will always be provided with drinking water. After the gamer has planted a flag on the territory, he will have to be careful, as zombies may attack the land. But if you do not place the banner, then the undead will not attack.

You need to grow berries, wheat and other crops. You can also bake bread, but before that you will have to make flour using a grindstone. In the Survival Colony you will also be able to collect resources and engage in terraforming. If beginners find it difficult to understand the controls, they can use the tutorial available at any stage of the game.

Gradually the city will develop, it will be possible to open new factories and invite more residents. NPCs are capable of completing any task except construction and selecting a field for crops. There are more than a dozen professions available for mastery. Most of the workers will be engaged in agriculture or manufacturing: making fuel, weapons or clothing.

But as the number of settlers increases, the number of monsters that can attack the village will also increase. To protect against them, you will have to build fortifications. You can also build a bridge, dig a tunnel and install stairs. This will also help the characters escape. Both single and cooperative modes are offered for playthrough. In the second, you can either jointly own one colony or create several and trade with each other.
