Conflict: Global Storm tells about the adventures of the “Red Team” in various anti-terrorist operations. It all starts with a parachute landing somewhere in the jungle of Colombia, followed by the capture of the entire squad, traditional for the series. This time by the forces of a local drug cartel. The main character, named Connors, is freed, then rescues his comrades and together they continue to fulfill their goal. Namely, they are dealing with a drug factory. True, not everyone returns from the mission.

Subsequent missions in Conflict: Terrorism will take the reassembled Red Team around the world. First, they will have to protect a senator on a diplomatic mission in South Korea. Then visit Ukraine and Chechnya, preventing the spraying of dangerous gas. Afterwards there is a journey to Egypt, the Philippines and Kashmir, during which a traitor is discovered in the ranks of the unit. You have to deal with him in the final quarter of the game.

The series continues to tell a new story, but the core gameplay remains virtually unchanged. The player is still given control of a small squad of operatives. This time the difference between them is rather personal. The fighters are not very different from each other in their abilities. One can be controlled at a time, while others can be given detailed commands. The only thing that has changed is the artificial intelligence of his comrades – now they cope with the task even without the intervention of their commander.
