Customers are a key part of the gameplay. Each of them has specific preferences and favorite dishes. If the main character is unable or does not have time to serve them the food they need, people will leave. This will also be a blow to the restaurant's positive reputation. To avoid such a situation, in Cooking Festival you can buy upgrades for the kitchen. Improved equipment allows you to cook faster and more often to please all visitors.

In addition to regular guests, there are also special clients. These are mostly fantastic creatures, like dragons or a woman made of stone and magma. If they are satisfied with the service, they will give the protagonist a special bonus that will make further progress easier. Cooking and serving food is done with mouse clicks, eliminating the need to constantly keep your fingers on the keyboard.
