Main character COROPATA – a Japanese girl named Himawari. She is given a simple but important task: to deliver radishes to neighbors in the area. However, even in such a trivial matter, the girl has problems, because she wanders forward, not really looking around and paying attention to obstacles. Here the player will come to her aid. However, you won’t have to lead the schoolgirl by the hand to the goal. Instead, she will have to build an indirect route, taking the protagonist away from trouble.

The cornerstone of the gameplay in Koropata are Rube Goldberg machines. These are mechanisms built on a chain reaction, designed to perform a simple action in the most intricate way. Following their principle, the game levels are built. Himawari begins her journey at a certain point and moves forward blindly, interacting with certain objects. The player places paths and obstacles in front of her, scatters things in order to cause a chain reaction and direct the heroine to the exit. Often – in the most tortuous way.

The trick of the gameplay is that the protagonist is willful and her actions depend on the mood scale. For example, in a good mood she throws the ball along one trajectory, and in a bad mood she kicks it in a completely different direction. Because of this, you have to monitor the schoolgirl’s mood. It can be raised with the help of food or cute animals, or, on the contrary, lowered by making it fall or directing it towards an angry dog. There are many elements of the environment at the player’s disposal. They range from simple balls and blocks, to scissors, pyrotechnics and magnifying lenses.
