Crisis 3 sends the player to New York, where events begin after 10 years of the Pacific disaster. The action takes place in the 47th year of this century. The metropolis has turned into a jungle-like wilderness. All this happened because of a ruthless organization called “CELL”. The corporation keeps the entire space under a special dome, preventing it from going beyond. You will need to bypass 7 diverse areas in which aggressive opponents are located. The main character has a nanosuit on his body, which has the following functions: protecting the protagonist and camouflage from enemy units.

In Crysis 3 you can shoot with a variety of weapons. You can add modules to the equipment: silencer, semi-automatic, increased magazine capacity, regular or collimator sights, laser target designator. The following weapons are available: the Scarab sniper and assault rifle, the Jackal automatic shotgun, the Hummer heavy pistol, the Predator silent bow, which works with different types of arrows, the Typhoon mega-machine gun, the plasma gun, the Reaper machine gun, X-Pak mortar. Before you start, you will need to undergo training, which will allow you to get used to the controls.

The main characters in the open space shooter:

• Lawrence Barnes is a black man whose nickname is The Prophet. Sees a future connected with a huge city. He is the ex-commander-in-chief of a detachment of those who fight against enemy troops. The prophet's mind resides in a special suit.
• Michael Sykes is a sergeant who was able to survive after his nanosuit was forcibly removed from him. The consequence was his mental breakdown.
• Claire Fontanelli is a girl coordinator who understands biological science.
• Karl Ernst Rasch – previously developed military technologies.
