The planet is conditionally divided into 4 parts: the Soviet Union, the Anglo-American Alliance, the alliance of Germany and France, and the People's Republic of China. The planet was destroyed by nuclear attacks. Where there used to be a suitable climate for agriculture, everything turned to ice. States and alliances began to fight for ownership of the pre-equatorial lands. In the story, the USSR has captured India and most of Africa, but is experiencing a crisis in heavy industry. China is threatened with bombing by the US. Germany and France are in a difficult position due to the lack of territory, because the previously occupied west of the African continent was taken away by the Soviets. Great Britain and the USA now own all of South America, Australia and the Republic of South Africa.

In the Caribbean Ice Age Crisis, the weakest country at the beginning was the United States of America in its alliance with England. The consequence of nuclear war was climate change in Latin countries. The Soviet Union decided to take advantage of this. The entire Atlantic Ocean froze. From Africa to Brazil they are building a railway to conquer South America. There is a single player mode and multiplayer battles. The Training section is available to beginners. Before the battle you need to assemble a set of units. During the battle, the player sees only a general map of the country, on which you can trace the location of your own and enemy units.
