Culpa Innata transports us to an alternative future of humanity. An adventure project in the genre of a logical quest, it tells about the period after a global nuclear disaster. Giant states create a World Union that controls the actions of citizens. Such measures led to the absolute eradication of crime, poverty and mortality due to disease. However, there are also individual countries that are not members of the Union, whose activities the special security service is trying to keep track of.

Fennix Wallis is an employee of an organization that maintains order in one of these states called Andrianopolis, where the almost impossible once happened. A Russian immigrant was killed under mysterious circumstances, and now a young officer needs to find the criminal as quickly as possible, otherwise chaos will begin on the planet. This is the first crime in two decades, and gradually the heroine realizes that it entails consequences of global proportions. The user will have to travel a lot, conduct dialogues with characters and try with all his might to extract as much information from them as possible. A lot of gameplay time is devoted to dialogue scenes, and often it is in them that the user has to look for answers to the riddles and questions facing the hero. Searching for objects also takes up a significant part of the gameplay, because without evidence the protagonist will not be able to progress far in his investigation.
