Cult of the Lamb combines a simplified roguelike, action, and comic cult simulator. The title still has strategy elements. This project has hand-drawn and cartoon graphics. The camera is located at the top and at an angle. The plot tells about the adventures of a lamb. One day, a creepy stranger saved him from death. The protagonist must repay him. He decides to found a sect in the lands of the false prophets. The task of the anti-hero is to find as many loyal followers as possible for his savior, make his religion the only true one and make the faction dominant. At the main location, with the help of his charges, he collects resources, builds buildings and develops a camp. The cult leader also performs mystical rituals to gain the favor of dark deities.

Cult of the Lamb has a hub from where the main character makes forays into 5 mysterious regions. He fights infidels and members of other cults. Contractions take place in real time. You can run in different directions and roll. In battle, the sect leader swings a blade (you can perform mini-combos), shoots a pistol and uses magic. Levels are randomly generated and consist of individual rooms. The fights in them are based on the need to dodge enemy projectiles. There are fights with regular monsters and battles with giant bosses. In between clearing dungeons, the protagonist controls his flock. Namely, he preaches to strengthen faith in his comrades and teaches them.
