Dark Light – 2D platformer in a sci-fi setting. The project is presented in a metroidvania style with battles, exploration and leveling up. The main character fights his way through drones and robots in an apocalyptic cyberpunk world. The environment is filled with supernatural and hostile creatures with unusual abilities and weaknesses.

The central character encounters the creatures of darkness, will fight with them and collect souls. Creatures that come from the Darkness are invisible to the naked eye. The light source of an allied drone helps you see your opponents. The user is able to control not only the heroes, but also the drone to highlight places or observe enemies. The plot began with how the Dark Hunter awakened in a destroyed world. To stay alive, he will need to collect equipment and shards (souls) received for killing creatures.

The more opponents the Hunter destroys, the stronger his abilities, attacks and items become. As you progress, access to mysterious zones of the apocalyptic planet opens up. The complex combat system allows you to create your own combinations and use simple actions. The target attacks with direct attacks, parries, dodges, blocks or counterattacks. Animation, strike speed and other combat features change depending on the opponent's current weapon or talents.
