The main character should not only survive in such an unfriendly environment, but to do everything possible to study the current situation on a starship and the subsequent struggle against the warring parties.

The user in Dark Matter explores ornate corridors, abandoned rooms and laboratories. In them you can find detailed drawings, many useful tools and artifacts. As the mission passes, it is possible to collect four varieties of weapons capable of destroying enemy fighters and parasites. At the same time, it is possible to adjust the settings for the enemy of each species.

The gameplay includes 14 consecutive levels. It is important to remember that the change of time of day not only adds realism, but also matters for events. The episodes are designed not only for battles, but also for the collection of resources for the independent manufacture of tools, devices and first -aid kits. Thanks to the player adapting to the actions of the player, artificial intelligence manages to achieve the most exciting and dynamic plot.
