The main character lives alone with her old grandmother. The woman requires regular care and quite expensive medications, which cost her entire pension. Sofia constantly works various part-time jobs and extra shifts, but still barely makes ends meet. Suddenly she receives an offer to become a nurse in a psychiatric clinic on night shifts. Few people take up such a position, because in order to motivate employees, they are offered high wages. Having experience in this field, the girl agrees. But when she arrives for her first shift, she discovers that one of the patients has performed a ritual upon the call of a doctor from the most hidden corners of Hell.
