DEEP SPACE WAIFU is a beat 'em up game set in a fictional world. The player will play the role of a member of the department for the protection of innocents. One day, alien police begin to hunt for beautiful girls. They ask for help, and the main character agrees to carry out a deadly mission. When fighting enemies, the user deals damage to the clothes of the beauties, who undress as they go.

The central character controls a futuristic motorcycle that can levitate above the ground. The view is presented from top to bottom, and the graphics and environments are in a 2D style. Opponents, bonuses and obstacles appear on the playing field. Taking damage or crashing into objects reduces your health bar. The gamer has several lives, depending on the current difficulty level. By destroying opponents, the girls drawn on the screen lose parts of their clothes. The user can choose which part will be destroyed first.
