Plot Deliver At All Costs talks about a courier who finds himself at the limit of his internal state due to a busy schedule, constant traffic jams, harmful clients and other negative features of the business. Despite all the problems, he will need to do his own work. Every day he feels overwhelmed with tasks and underappreciated as a delivery driver. He feels especially bad on days when people order more useless things than before.

The gameplay is presented in the form of an isometric race with non-standard car physics. The vehicle behaves stupidly and clumsily on the highway, and is capable of constantly crashing into surrounding objects or other people's cars. The player will need to master control of the car in order to deliver packages on time. The tasks differ from each other, offering to travel a huge distance in a minimum time or never cut yourself in order to bring the cargo intact.

The main character, riding a small truck, will destroy everything in the city that he collides with. Hot keys allow you to quickly drop a package at a designated location and immediately begin another mission. When the payload flies towards a control point, it will usually penetrate a building and destroy the surrounding area. A few minutes are allotted for delivery, which will force you to choose the right and shortest routes.
