DEMON GAZE EXTRA – is a Japanese dungeon crawler. The release contains a re-release. The original was considered an exclusive for one of the portable consoles for almost 10 years. Later, the developers ported the game to the PC and improved it. The computer version boasts a number of improvements. In it, the developers pulled up the graphics, increasing it to HD quality. The creators also added the ability to play with the keyboard (gamepad support is also available). The developers also introduced achievements and added a retry system. The plot tells the adventures of a guy named Oz. The hero has a magic eye, which allows him to seal demonic creatures. He becomes a bounty hunter. The story is often diluted with humorous moments. The demons in this game are not the usual fantasy creatures. Here they are half machines, and some of them can transform. They can be summoned in battle.

Before starting the game, the user can create partners for the protagonist. There are 5 races, 7 classes, and 45 portraits available in the character editor. DEMON GAZE EXTRA uses anime style. The graphics combine 3D and 2D. The user wanders through different labyrinths. He moves around the locations in real time by cells. When the player encounters enemies, a turn-based battle begins. In it, the hero gives orders to the party members in the usual JRPG way. Battles and map exploration take place from a first-person view. The game takes place in the same world as the events of Students of the Round (another project from the same developers), but thousands of years later. In between runs, the squad returns to the city. There, in the local hotel, you can upgrade your fighters, recover, take quests, buy or sell items, change the difficulty type, chat with NPCs and build relationships with them. Conversations here are made in the style of visual novels.
