Detective Max – Double Clues – a detective quest, the main character of which is an engineering student named Max Mystery. Several years have passed since the last time he was interested in solving small detective stories. The protagonist, like his father, dreamed of investigating intricate crimes, but at one point was forced to give up his dream in order to get a decent education. According to the tradition of the genre, something happens, and the hero changes his routine for adventures.

The plot of Detective Max – Double Clues begins with the discovery of the body of a successful woman, Sheila Woods, who owned her own real estate agency. Her body was found in her personal office. At first glance, the cause of death was suicide. The only evidence that can at least somehow shed light on what happened is a strange note, but the police could not understand its meaning.

Then the protagonist takes up the case, who begins his own independent investigation. For the most part, the gameplay of the quest is tied to such mechanics as searching for objects, but they are well hidden. Often, to get some kind of clue, the gamer needs to solve a puzzle, of which there are dozens. At the same time, all of them are distinguished by a fairly high level of complexity, which will force you to use logic to the maximum.
