Disciples 2 Rise of the Elves – an atmospheric RPG strategy in a dark fantasy setting. The interracial war drew in all living beings, even elves. The goddess Mortis came to their lands, destroying everything in her path, in order to resurrect her beloved – Gallean. From her touch, the native forests of the archers were covered with poisonous filth. The surviving elves ran deep into the forest to save at least something. Queen Illumiel and the Council were against sending warriors to the battlefield, they most of all did not want to lose their inhabitants. While no one could decide whether it was worth the risk, the progenitor of the elven race returned to life and led his people to war. Plot twists, betrayals, unexpected allies, victories and defeats will await the army on the way to salvation from evil.

Elves are excellent archers and magicians. Their arrows hit directly on the target, and in their arsenal there are many spells that can heal wounds and increase health, weaken the enemy for a while, cause an explosion in a small area, or summon magical creatures. Other races will also join the player to help in battles. Centaurs are wonderful scouts, dryad wizards are able to fly and use stun gun spells, and druids cure poisoning. For each unit there are many tactics that can be used in battle. Disciples II: Rise of the Elves introduces several new enemy types. The barbarians invited shamans to join them, the strongest and wisest goblins became elders, and the army of the undead expanded.
