Discworld Noir — is one of many point-and-click quests that are closely related to the humorous fantasy series “Discworld” by Terry Pratchett. But this time the work shows much more darkness, pessimism and mystery. The story is told on behalf of detective Lewton, known for his instinct for the entire city of Ankh-Morpork. It all starts with the hero being tasked with finding a friend of a certain worried stranger. But this case will lead the man into a whirlpool of other strange events.

To follow the hot pursuit, the player playing Discworld Noir will have to communicate a lot with local residents – witnesses and suspects. Initially there are not many locations, but through detailed questioning Lewton learns more about the places that can be visited. The player will be able to determine this moment by a pop-up icon in the form of a note. It means that the protagonist was able to draw conclusions, find clues and new parts of the city to explore.

His inventory also contains found items that can serve as evidence or auxiliary items. Sometimes their use is not obvious, so you will have to apply logic to move the plot forward. The user will be able to learn more about the fate of the detective himself and those he was supposed to find from 4 eventful acts. And although there is too much text in this story, it is fully voiced, so the passage will be more like a TV series than a game.
