Disney's Chicken Little: Ace in Action is an action-adventure film with a focus on children, based on the fictional television show broadcast in the cartoon about Chicken Little. The main character becomes the alter ego of this character – Ace. He is quite brutal, serious and purposeful, which helps him in saving the world from all sorts of threats that await at every turn. In the adventure, the protagonist will be accompanied by a superhero team made up of his friends – Runt, Abby and Fish-out-of-water.

The storyline begins when the protagonist's ship, called the “Battle Barn”, collides with another ship navigating the boundless expanses of space. This spaceship is owned by the villain Foxy Loxy, who has enlisted the help of Goosey Lusi and an army of alien humanoid robots. Throughout the campaign, the player will have to fight with forces of evil in different parts of the solar system, trying to stop the supervillain's plans to enslave the inhabitants of the Earth. Throughout all levels of the single-player mode, characters appear that will be familiar to those who watched the original. You can control the gameplay, which includes both flying on airplanes and jetpacks, and driving a tank with a powerful weapon, by connecting controllers from different manufacturers.
