The main character Divinity 2: Ego Draconis begins his journey in Rivellon again. The kingdom has just begun to recover from constant wars and battles. The desired peace turned out to be very fragile and precarious, because secrets and intrigues remained in it. The character becomes a Dragon Hunter, the last of the surviving creatures. He is given dragon abilities to quickly deal with the threat. These powers erase memory, but it can still be restored. The hero goes to where the creature was last seen, and along the way finds out interesting details.

In a plot twist in Divinity 2: Ego Draconis, it turns out that Rivellon's main enemies are not them, but the head of the Dark Circle, Damian the Damned. He began to accumulate forces to bring them down on the cities and cause another bloodshed. The antagonist's plans include a final battle that should lead him to great power. Having acquired special abilities, the character becomes the Flame Knight and decides to confront Damian, accepting the role of the only chance for salvation. It is necessary to complete the assigned tasks in order to become the winner. To do this, you will have to make difficult, sometimes contradictory decisions. They affect the storylines and the ending. You can change your human appearance, gaining special skills.
